Parts of a figurine that have broken off cleanly can almost always be glued by us. We do not use ordinary superglue or glass glue for this, but a special adhesive that cures evenly under UV light. This ensures that the broken part seamlessly rejoins the glued surface, and your figurine looks as good as new. The adhesive also leaves no residue or air bubbles. However, do not attempt this yourself; it requires extreme concentration and precision to glue the surface in exactly the right place.

Shattered or lost broken parts
A broken part that does not have a clean gluing surface is more difficult to glue. In this case, we always try to glue the part back onto the broken piece cleanly, but there is a chance that the part may come loose because the gluing surface no longer consists of a single smooth surface. Also, if a part has broken off and you no longer have that part (for example, an animal's tail breaks off and the tail is lost), we unfortunately cannot reorder that specific part. If you no longer have the broken part, we cannot repair it for you.

Swarovski Repair Costs

The cost of having your Swarovski figurine repaired starts at €25,- and will be further determined via a quote. This is because we must work with extreme concentration and precision to repair the figurine. It is often very fragile and can go wrong with even a small oversight. We therefore take our time with your Swarovski figurine and ensure that you receive it back as good as new. If you send the figurine to us, we will discuss the costs clearly beforehand so that you are never faced with surprises. Send or bring in your Swarovski figurine?

Sending your Swarovski figurine
If you live far from Ermelo, it is possible to send your Swarovski figurine to us. We have been doing Swarovski repairs remotely for 50 years. You should send it to: Ermelo, Stationsstraat 101a, 3851NC. Please pack the Swarovski figurine as well as possible, preferably in its original Swarovski box. This way, the Swarovski figurine cannot break during shipping. Swarovski crystal is very fragile and can break during the smallest bumps along the way. Also, include a cover letter in the package with your name, phone number, email, and address. Email us at info@juweliervandam.nl about the arrival of this package. Once the package has arrived, we will open it carefully. First, we will check if the figurine can be repaired, what the costs will be, and how long the repair will take. We will communicate this to you, and you can then choose to give your approval. 

Bringing in your Swarovski figurine
The safest and most personal way to deliver your Swarovski figurine is to bring it in person. This way, you don't have to worry about the figurine being accidentally damaged during postal delivery. In addition, you will immediately know what the costs will be, and you can sometimes pick up the figurine after two hours. This is not always the case, as you may have more gluing surfaces and more broken Swarovski figurines. This way, you will know immediately what to expect.
