Delivery Time

Most of the products at jewelervandam.com are in stock. This means that if you place your order before 17:00 (CET) on business days, your order will be shipped the same day.
If a product is not in stock, this will be clearly indicated on the product page along with the expected delivery time.

As soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can easily follow the shipment and see the exact delivery time.

Shipping Method (International Orders)

All international orders are shipped via UPS, offering a range of delivery options based on your location and urgency:

UPS Expedited: 2–5 business day delivery. This is a cost-effective option for less urgent international shipments. It offers a good balance between speed and price, with delivery typically by the end of the day.

UPS Worldwide Saver: 1–3 business day delivery. A faster service than Expedited, this option ensures delivery by the end of the business day, making it suitable for time-sensitive packages.

UPS Express: 1–2 business day delivery. This is a time-definite service with delivery typically before 10:30 or 12:00 noon, depending on the destination. Ideal for shipments that need to arrive early in the day.

UPS Worldwide Express Plus: Next business day delivery (to most destinations), with arrival as early as 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. This is the fastest and most premium option, recommended for urgent deliveries that must arrive first thing in the morning.
